How Do I Secure My Date?
To finalize your booking and reserve your bespoke bridal hair and/or makeup services, a signed service contract and a non-refundable reservation fee are required. Your date is not officially held until both the contract and the fee have been successfully received. When Should I Reserve My Date?
We recommend booking as soon as possible. Due to our exclusive destination schedule, early booking is highly advisable to ensure we can fully accommodate your needs and those of your entire bridal party on your special day.

How Much Is the DEPOSIT Fee?
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. This fee is applied toward your total service balance and is due at the time of contract signing.

Please note: For destination weddings, the required reservation fee is variable and will be determined based on the location, scope, and total package cost. We will provide the exact fee upon receipt of your initial inquiry.

Do You Offer On-Location Services?
Absolutely! We provide our services on-location, no matter the distance.

Local Travel: A travel fee of $2 per mile (round-trip) will apply.

Parking/Valet: Any hotel parking or valet fees incurred will be added to your final balance or charged directly to your hotel room.
What Is the Timeline for Services?
We meticulously plan the schedule to ensure a relaxing experience:

Bride: 1 hour for makeup and 2.5-3 hours for hair and makeup

Bridal Party: 45 minutes per service
If your timeline is limited, we can seamlessly arrange for additional expert artists to join the team. A separate fee will apply for each supplemental artist.​

Is a Trial Run Necessary?
While a trial run is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended. The trial is an essential part of the bespoke process, allowing us to discuss your skin type, preferred styles, and ensures complete alignment on your final wedding day vision.

When Should I Schedule My Trial?
We recommend scheduling your trial 1 to 3 months before your wedding date. We suggest booking your trial on a day you can wear the complete look for several hours to confirm its longevity and durability.

Do You Provide Touch-Up Services?
Yes! We offer refined touch-up services for your photography session and ceremony transition at $200 per hour following the completion of initial services. Alternatively, inquire about our All-Inclusive Bridal Packages, which include both touch-up services and dedicated on-site concierge assistance throughout your event for a seamless, stress-free day.

Do You Travel for Destination Weddings?
Absolutely! We specialize in destination weddings and have extensive experience working in various climates worldwide, including Canada, Hawaii, Japan, Mexico, and Europe. Our service for destination events is structured around exclusive day rates, which cover the personalized artistry and on-site support across the required time period.

For destination services, the minimum requirements include round-trip flight, ground transportation, and a minimum of 3 nights of hotel accommodations. We also offer exclusive all-inclusive travel packages for your convenience. Please reach out for more detailed information.

When Is Payment Due?

The non-refundable reservation fee is due at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final balance.

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.

For simplified billing, full payment for all bridal attendants must be handled by the bride.​
